Extended to January 22 at 5:00 p.m. - Road Closure - North 8th between Hickman and Wilkes

COLUMBIA, MO (January 20, 2015) - The closure has been extended through Wednesday, Janaury 21 at 5:00 p.m. to complete the work. We appreciate your patience. 



Beginning Monday, January 19 at 7:00 a.m., weather permitting, Twehouse Excavating, a contractor working for the City of Columbia, will begin sanitary sewer repair work on a line under N. 8th Street between Hickman Ave and Wilkes Blvd. The work is scheduled to be completed on Tuesday, January 20 by 4:00 p.m.

The street will be closed to traffic between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. each day.

Motorist and non-motorized transportation users should use caution in the work zone and use alternate routes when possible.
