SHOOTING NEAR THE 1500 BLOCK OF VANDIVER DRIVE

COLUMBIA, MO (July 24, 2015) - On 7/24/15 at 2:21 A.M., officers were dispatched to multiple reports of shots fired in the area of 1501 Vandiver Drive. Officers arrived on scene and located multiple bullet holes in a residence. One female victim, age 24, from Columbia was inside the residence and injured by a bullet. The victim was transported by ambulance to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

 

Witnesses saw three black males running north from the area of the shooting to a dark colored vehicle. The vehicle left at a high rate of speed. There have been no arrests made and the investigation is ongoing.
