Armed Robbery Petro Mart

COLUMBIA, MO (March 26, 2015) - On 3/25/15 at 10:37 P.M., officers were dispatched to 1004 N. Stadium Boulevard, Petro Mart in reference to an armed robbery. The investigation revealed a Hispanic male entered the store armed with a knife and demanded money from the clerks.  The suspect took both cash drawers and fled the scene on foot heading eastbound.  A witness observed the suspect run behind Pier 1. CPD K9 tracked the suspect to the hotel and officers recovered the knife, both tills, some cash and change. There was no one was injured during the robbery. The suspect was not located and the investigation is ongoing.

 

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:

 

Hispanic male, in his mid to late 20’s, approximately 5’1” to 5’4”, and last seen wearing dark clothing.
