City of Columbia to Host Affordable Housing Symposium December 3rd and 4th

COLUMBIA, MO (November 30, 2015) - The City of Columbia will host an Affordable Housing Symposium on December 3rd and 4th, 2015. The Symposium will act as a forum to educate and share information regarding current and future affordable housing needs in Columbia as well as to identify innovative approaches in addressing affordable housing. The City of Columbia invites the public to participate in identifying actionable steps our community should take to address affordable housing.

Schedule of events:


*December 3rd, 1:30 - 4:30 pm: Guest Presentations on Innovative Housing Strategies

*December 3rd, 6:00 - 8:30 pm: Hear from Local Experts and Participate in a Community Discussion on Affordable Housing

*December 4th, 8:30 - 11:30 am: Action Planning with Community Stakeholders
