[Update] Sidewalk closure along Route KK June 23-July 15

COLUMBIA, MO (July 8, 2016) - Update: Emery Sapp and Sons requested an extension through July 15, weather permitting.

Emery Sapp and Sons plans to replace an existing sewer main that is currently under the sidewalk along Route KK from June 23 to July 7, weather permitting. This will result in a sidewalk closure on Route KK between Scott Boulevard and Julesburg Way.  

Motorists, nonmotorized transportation users and pedestrians are urged to use caution when in the work zone and use an alternate route whenever possible.

Emery Sapp and Sons is a private contractor that applied for and received a construction permit from the City of Columbia.
