Emergency Lane closure on Cherry Street

COLUMBIA, MO (July 19, 2016) - There will be an emergency lane closure on Cherry Street between Seventh and Eighth Street, to repair the sanitary sewer tap at the main in the middle of the street effective immediately. Seth Paul is the contractor working for Addisons. There will be a flagman on site maintaining a through lane. Lane restrictions will continue throughout Tuesday with repairs probably completed by Wednesday. Motorists and nonmotorized transportation users are urged to use caution and find alternative routes if possible.
