Interested Parties Meeting - Columbia Regional Airport: Terminal Area Master Plan Update
COLUMBIA, MO (March 17, 2016) - On Tuesday, March 22 from 5:30 to 7 p.m., the City of Columbia will host an informal open-house style interested parties meeting to provide an update on the Terminal Area Master Plan (T.A.M.P.). The meeting will be hosted at the Activities and Recreation Center (ARC) at 1702 West Ash St.
The project consultants, WSP - Parsons Brinkerhoff, and city staff will be available to present information, discuss the current findings under consideration and explain the next phase of the study.
WSP - Parsons Brinkerhoff was chosen to provide the city of Columbia with a Terminal Area Master Plan to determine current and future terminal requirements at Columbia Regional Airport (COU). Since 2009 passenger enplanements and deplanements have continues to rise. In 2015, almost 130,000 passengers passed through COU.
Comment cards will be available and all comments will be provided as part of the final report when it is delivered to council.
