Home Invasion Robbery in the 1100 Block of Vandiver Drive
COLUMBIA, MO (May 12, 2016) - HOME INVASION ROBBERY IN THE 1100 BLOCK OF VANDIVER DRIVE
On 5/11/16 at 10:55 P.M., officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Vandiver Drive in reference to a home invasion robbery with a gun.
The investigation revealed a male victim, age 63, heard a knock at the front door. The victim went to answer the door and a black male pulled a gun on him. The suspect along with three other males entered the residence and repeatedly asked, "where the money was located".
The residence was occupied by the male victim and three other victims (two female victims age 37 and 29 as well as a male victim age 37) at the time of the home invasion. The suspects retrieved an undisclosed amount of property before fleeing the area. The male victim, age 63, received minor injuries but refused medical transport from the scene. The investigation is on-going.
SUSPECT DESCRIPTIONS:
All four were black males, in their twenties and wearing dark clothing. All four suspects had their faces covered.
