COLUMBIA, MO (May 20, 2016) - Columbia Police officers arrested Vincent Geshai Dawson, 19, of Columbia in reference to last night’s shot fired in the area of Quail and Nelwood Drive.

After further investigation and collection of additional physical evidence, the Criminal Investigations Division has concluded it is undetermined whether the firearm that discharged one round was fired at the Columbia Police officer or discharged accidently.
