COLUMBIA, MO (September 23, 2016) - SERIOUS INJURY ACCIDENT AT HIGHWAY 763 @ BROWN SCHOOL ROAD

Driver: 1: Juvenile Female Driver
Columbia, Missouri

Ashland, Missouri
Age: 24

Incident Details:
Vehicle 1, a 2007 Saturn Sport Utility Vehicle, was traveling north on Highway 763 attempting a left turn to travel west on Brown School Road. Vehicle 1 attempted to turn with flashing yellow arrow, and failed to observe Vehicle 2, a 1988 Kawasaki motorcycle, that was traveling south on Highway 763.
During the turn, vehicle 2 collided with the passenger side of Vehicle 1. Vehicle 2’s driver was ejected from the motorcycle. The motorcyclist was transported by ambulance to a local hospital with serious injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
