Case No. 08-43 
A proposed C-P development plan to be known as “Crosscreek Center Lot
106,” located on the north side of Stadium Boulevard (State Route
740), extended, east of U.S. Highway 63, containing approximately 1.26
acres. This item was tabled at the June 5 and June 19, 2008 meeting.
(This case has been combined with 8-59, please see that staff report.) 

Case No. 08-44
A proposed C-P development plan to be known as “Crosscreek Center Lot
109,” located on the south side of Stadium Boulevard (State Route
740), extended, east of U.S. Highway 63, containing approximately 1.97
acres. This item was tabled at the June 5 and June 19, 2008 meeting.
(This case has been combined with 8-59, please see that staff report.)

Case No. 7-105
A request by Hurdle Investments, LLC for approval of a PUD development
plan to be known as “Linkside at Old Hawthorne,” located on the west
side of Old Hawthorne Drive East, north of State Route WW, containing
approximately 14.49 acres. Staff Report 

Case No. 8-48
A request by Jack Waters to rezone property from M-1 to C-2, located
north of the intersection of E Ash Street and N Fourth Street,
containing approximately 0.85 acre. Staff Report 

Case No. 8-59
A request by Stadium 63 Properties, LLC to rezone approximately 5.01
acres of prior MoDOT highway right-of-way from A-1 to C-P; to amend the
list of allowed uses for the southern portion of C-P zoned property,
lying immediately east of prior MoDOT right-of-way, above and south of
Stadium Boulevard, extended; and for approval of a C-P development plan
to be known as “Crosscreek Center,” containing approximately 5.01
