Case No. 08-07
Rangeline Crossing – A final plat of a minor subdivision, located on
the west side of Rangeline Street, approximately 250 feet north of
Smiley Lane, containing approximately 2.55 acres.
Case No. 08-27
Hospitality Point Plat No. 1 – A final plat of a minor subdivision,
located on the north side of Business Loop 70 West, across from Sexton
Road, containing approximately 2.60 acres.
Case No. 08-50
East Point Plat 2 – C3 – A final plat of a minor subdivision,
located on the southeast corner of Stadium Boulevard, (State Rt. 740)
and East Pointe Drive, containing approximately 4.57 acres.
4) PUBLIC HEARINGS
Case No. 08-43
A proposed C-P development plan to be known as “Crosscreek Center Lot
106,” located on the north of Stadium Boulevard (State Route 740),
extended, east of U.S. Highway 63, containing approximately 1.26 acres.
Case No. 08-44
A proposed C-P development plan to be known as “Crosscreek Center Lot
109,” located on the south side of Stadium Boulevard (State Route
740), extended, east of U.S. Highway 63, containing approximately 1.97
acres.
Case No. 08-45
A request by Prime Development Corporation to rezone property from M-R
and M-C to PUD-8, located east of Brown Station Road, and southwest of
U.S. Highway 63, containing approximately 31.25 acres. Request to table
this item to June 19, 2008 has been received.
Case No. 08-51
A request by Columbia Bass Properties, LLC, to rezone property from A-1
and PUD-14 to C-P, located northeast of the US Highway 63/Vandiver Drive
interchange, containing approximately 7.66 acres.
