City staff held a concept review meeting on Monday, May 19, 2008 to discuss a proposed O-P (Planned Office District) development plan for property located on the north side of Gans Road, approximately 500 feet east of Bristol Lake Parkway.  A Catholic high school is proposed for the property, which is presently zoned O-P. 

The concept review is an informal discussion and review between the director of planning and development and the developer to discuss land use and development concepts, applicable regulations, and other concerns that may be raised. An application for approval of a development plan has not been received as of this date. If an application is received, the department will post additional notices.
