[Planning and Development]

Due to a scheduling conflict the public information meeting which was scheduled on Monday, November 24, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. is been moved to Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. in the Mezzanine Conference Room, Daniel Boone Building, 701 East Broadway

The proposals which will be discussed are as follows:

Establishing R-1 (Single Family Residential) and as permanent city zoning on property owned by LaVeta Anderson Revocable Trust located on the south side of I-70 and along the east side of Perche Creek, containing approximately 27.5 acres (Case No. 08-95)


Establishing C-P (Planned Business District) as permanent city zoning on property owned by James M.A. Weiss Family Trust located on the south side of Richland Road, approximately 250 feet east of the St. Charles Road/Richland Road intersection, containing approximately 21.90 acres. (Case No. 08-100)
