08-78	Establishing R-1 as permanent zoning on property pending
voluntary annexation into the City of Columbia, owned by Doris Dill and
Clara Carter.  The property is located on the east side of Bethel Church
Road, south of E. Poplar Hill Drive (5678 & 5688 S. Bethel Church Road)
and contains approximately 1.5 acres.

08-81	A request by PDIL, LLC, to rezone property from A-1 to C-P Tract
A - 1.96 acres; and, establishing C-P as permanent zoning on Tract B -
3.20 acres pending voluntary annexation.  Both tracts are located
adjacent to one another on the south side of I-70 Drive SE,
approximately 600 feet west of the St. Charles Road/I-70 interchange
(addressed 5304 I-70 Drive SE)
