regarding the Boone Prairie, LLC rezoning of property from M-R and M-C
to PUD-8, located east of Brown Station Road, and southwest of U.S.
Highway 63, containing approximately 31.25 acres.

Plan,” located on the north side of Gans Road, approximately 1,500
