A public information meeting will be held on September 29, 2008 in the Daniel Boone Building Mezzanine Conference Room at 5: p.m.  Following are the two proposals which will be discussed

Establishing R-1 (One-Family Dwelling District) as permanent City zoning for property pending voluntary annexation into the City.  The property is located at 5678 & 5688 S. Bethel Church Rd. and contains 1.5 acres. (Case 08-78) - Planner assigned to case - Charles Bondra, Senior Planner (573) 874 7246

Establishing C-P (Planned Business District) as permanent City zoning for property pending voluntary annexation into the City. And rezoning property from A-1 (Agricultural District) to C-P.  The property is located at 5304 I-70 Dr. S.E. and contains approximately 5.16 acres. (Case 08-81) - Planner assigned to case - Steve MacIntyre, Planner 	(573) 874 7682
