(One-Family Dwelling) on 0.97 acres of land located on the east side of
Forum Blvd., 150’ north of the Old Plank Road intersection. (Case 09-03)

A request by RACA Properties, LLC (owner) to rezone property from R-1
(One Family Dwelling District) to O-P (Planned Office District) on 1.65
acres of land located on the northwest corner of Walnut Street and Divot
Drive (addressed 2311 E. Walnut Street) (Case 09-37) Planner Assigned:
