M-P as permanent City zoning on approximately 25.26 acres identified as
Lots 1-3 and Lot 5 of Tower Industrial Park subject to voluntary
annexation, located northwest of the US Highway 63 and Prathersville
Road interchange, within Tower Industrial Park, on the east and west
sides of N. Tower Drive. Lot5 is improved with PCE of Columbia and
addressed as 5900 N. Tower Drive. (r)
09-71 A request by Last Enterprises, LLC to establish M-P as
permanent City zoning on approximately 1.5 acres identified as Lot6A of
TowerIndustrial Parksubject to voluntary annexation, located at the
northeast corner of N. Tower Driveand Prathersville Road. (r)
09-72 A request by Material Service Company to establish M-P as
permanent City zoning on approximately 9.26 acres of land identified as
Lot 4 of Tower Industrial Park subject to voluntary annexation, located
northwest of the US Highway 63 and Prathersville Roadinterchange, within
TowerIndustrial Park, east of N. Tower Drive. (r)
09-73 A request by Ted Littell to establish PUD 3.5 as permanent
city zoning from R-1 on 0.97 acres of land located on the east side of
Forum Blvd., 300 feet north of the Old Plank Road intersection. (r)
