[planning-l] Historic Preservation Commission will be touring the historic Guitar Mansion

Members of the Historic Preservation Commission will be touring the historic Guitar Mansion ("Confederate Hill") at 2815 Oakland Gravel Road on Thursday, December 10 at 2:00 PM, weather permitting. The Guitar Mansion is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has been recognized locally as a Most Notable Historic Property and as a historic preservation overlay district.
 
This informal tour will be held by the agent representing the property; the public and press are also welcome to attend. Participants are advised the property is currently without electricity.
