You are invited to a public information meeting on the following
proposal:
 
A request by GM Columbia Properties, LLC, and Grindstone Investments,
LLC (owners) to establish C-P (Planned Business District), O-P (Planned
Office District), and PUD-12 (a Planned Unit Development allowing up to
12 dwelling units per acre), as permanent City zoning on property
pending voluntary annexation, located southwest of State Route WW and
Elk Park Drive, and containing approximately 37.56 acres (Case No.
09-08)
