[Planning and Development]

A “concept review” meeting was held on January 29, 2009 regarding the
following:
 
A request by Ted Littell (owner), to rezone 0.96 acre from R-1
(One-Family Dwelling District) to PUD-4.2 (a Planned Unit Development,
allowing up to 4.2 dwelling units per acre), and associated development
plan, located on the east side of Forum Boulevard, approximately 150
feet north of Old Plank Road (Case 09-03)
