The CATSO Coordinating Committee will hold its regular quarterly
meeting at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 26, 2009 in the Council
Chamber located on the 4th Floor in the Daniel Boone Building at 701
East Broadway in Columbia.
 
The meeting agenda is as follows:
 
1.                  Review and Approval of Agenda
 
2.                  Review and Approval of December 4, 2008 Meeting
Minutes
 
3.                  Public Hearing: Proposed amendments to the FY 2009
Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) – addition of potential Federal
Economic Stimulus funded projects in MoDOT, Transit, and Rail-Highway
sections
 
4.                  Potential Amendments to the CATSO Major Roadway
Plan (MRP) Discussion - Possible downgrade of West Boulevard from Minor
Arterial to Major Collector
 
5.                  Other Business 
 
            a. Discussion of public notification process – Major
Roadway Plan and other     CATSO issues
 
            b. Status Report/Update on the City Major Roadway Plan
amendment process
