08-93    Hawthorne Woods – A preliminary plat of a major subdivision
located on the east side of Rolling Hills Road, extended, north of the
Old Hawthorne development, approximately one mile north of Route WW,
containing approximately 46.18 acres. Tabled from the January 8, 2009
meeting.
 
4)       PUBLIC HEARINGS
08-107  A request by Dudley Roth, to establish C-3 as permanent City
zoning on approximately one acre of land pending voluntary annexation
into the City of Columbia, located south of I-70 Drive Southeast,
generally southwest of the Interstate 70/St. Charles Road interchange. 
 
08-108  A request by Greg and Dana Cunningham to establish R-1 as
permanent City zoning on approximately 5.04 acres of land pending
voluntary annexation into the City of Columbia, located generally
southeast of Old Mill Creek Road, and west of Sinclair Road.
