establish M-P (Planned General Industrial) zoning upon 25.26 acres of
land as permanent City zoning on property pending voluntary annexation. 
The subject sites are located in TowerIndustrial Park, northwest of the

City zoning on property pending voluntary annexation.  The subject site
is located at the northeast corner of N. Tower Driveand Prathersville

establish M-P (Planned General Industrial) zoning upon 9.26 acres of
land as permanent City zoning on property pending voluntary annexation.

of the US63 and Prathersville interchange, on N. Tower Drive. (Case

A request by Ted Littell (owner) to establish PUD 3.5 (Planned Unit
Development, 3.5 units/acre) as permanent city zoning from R-1
(One-Family Dwelling) on 0.97 acres of land located on the east side of
Forum Blvd., 150’ north of the Old Plank Road intersection. (Case 09-73)
