the following:
 
A request by A Civil Group (engineering consultant), on behalf of the
trustee of the Juliet Bowling Rollins Trust (owner) to rezone 23 acres
from R-1 (residential) to M-1 (industrial). The property is located east
of Bowling St., northof the Business 70 Loop and south of Interstate
70.
