09-22    A request by Highland Properties Company for a major amendment
to The Highlands – Phase 8 Final PUD   Plan, located approximately ¼
mile southwest of the Forum Boulevard/Old Plank Road intersection, and  
includes a requests for variance to Subdivision Regulations regarding
sidewalks and cul-de-sac length. (r)  This item was tabled from the May
7, 2009and May 21, 2009 meeting.
 
09-44        A request by Karon Rowe to establishing permanent C-3 city
zoning on property pending voluntary annexation in       to the City,
located on the west side of Range Line Street, southwest of the
intersection of Range Line Street and Boone Industrial Boulevard
(addressed 4515 & 4525 N. Highway 763) containing approximately 8.95
acres.  (r)  This item was tabled at the May 21, 2009meeting.
