09-53    A one-lot subdivision plat, to be known as “Howell Subdivision
– Plat 2,” located on the west side of Strawn Road (Route ZZ), 500 feet
north of Broadway, and containing approximately 0.77 acre. (r)
 
5)       PUBLIC HEARINGS
09-31    A request for approval of a C-P/O-P development plan to be
known as “Providence Village South O-P/C-P Plan”  located on the
northeast corner of Green Meadows Road & Carter Lane, containing
approximately 5.71 acres of land.  The proposal also includes requested
amendments to Ordinance 16642, which rezoned the property in  2000.(r)
 
09-47    A request by East Richland Road Properties, LLC, and Richland
Road Properties, LLC, to establish permanent City zoning on property
pending voluntary annexation into the City of Columbia, as follows:
·         Tract 1 (90.09 acres): C-P (Planned Business District),
allowing all land uses permitted by Zoning District C-3 (General
Business District), and a maximum gross floor area of 720,000 square
feet
·         Tract 2 (16.98 acres): C-P, allowing all land uses permitted
by Zoning District C-3, and a maximum gross floor area of 80,000 square
feet
·         Tract 3 (6.60 acres): PUD-10 (a Planned Unit Development
District, allowing a maximum density of 14 dwelling units per acre), and
no more than 92 dwelling units
·         Tract 4 (23.23 acres): PUD-5 (a Planned Unit Development
District, allowing a maximum density of five dwelling units per acre),
and no more than 116 dwelling units 
·         Tract 5 (134.59 acres): PUD-8 (a Planned Unit Development
District, allowing a maximum density of eight dwelling units per acre),
and no more than 1,076 dwelling units
            The property is located on the south side of Richland Road,
primarily southwest of the Richland Road/Grace Lane intersection.  The
total area of the property to be annexed (Tracts 1-5) is approximately
271.49 acres. (c)
 
09-57        A request by the City of Columbia(applicant), with the
consent of Carr-Yager Funeral Home, LLC (owner) to rezone approximately
1.84 acres of land from simplified C-P (Planned Business) to simplified
O-P (Planned Office), located on the southeast corner of Garth and Texas
Avenues, and subject to all conditions referenced in Ordinance 20089.

09-58    A request by the City of Columbia(applicant), with the consent
of Thomas E. and Estelle L. May (owners) to rezone approximately 0.80
acre from simplified C-P (Planned Business District) to simplified O-P
(Planned Office  District), located on the northeast corner of Holly
Avenue and Andy Drive, and addressed 2207 Holly Avenue, and subject to
all exceptions and conditions referenced in Ordinance 20180. (r)
