plat, to be known as “Ewing Industrial Park, Phase 3,”  located south of
Heller Road and bounded on the south by the City landfill, on the east
by Rogers Road and the west by Ewing Industrial Park.
 
5)       PUBLIC HEARINGS
08-110  A request by Grindstone Investments, LLC to establish M-C & A-1
as permanent City zoning on land pending voluntary annexation, located
on the south side of Heller Road, bounded on the west by Ewing
Industrial Park, on the south by the City landfill, and the east by
Rogers Roads, containing approximately 192 acres. (r)
 
09-08    A request by GM Columbia Properties, LLC, and Grindstone
Investments, LLC to establish C-P , O-P, and PUD-12, as permanent City
zoning on property pending voluntary annexation, located southwest of
State Route WW and Elk Park Drive, and containing approximately 37.56
acres.(c)
