You are invited to a public information meeting on the following proposals:
1: A request by the City of Columbia (applicant) to rezone approximately 0.80 acre of land from simplified C-P (Planned Business) to simplified O-P (Planned Office), subject to all conditions and exceptions referenced in Ord. #20180. The site is located on the northeast corner of Holly Avenue and Andy Drive.
