09-65        Weiss Permanent Zoning request to reschedule the tabling
date.
5)       PUBLIC HEARINGS
09-97    A request by A Civil Group, on behalf of Bethel Ridge Villas,
LLC for a major amendment to the development plan             known as
“Bethel Falls PUD”, including a setback variance request; and a
request to rezone the subject property      from PUD-6.7 to PUD-7,
located on the southeast corner of Bethel Church Road and Old Plank
Road, containing approximately 13.06 acres.
 
09-92    A request by George S. Smith, on behalf of Thomas & Pam
Kardon, to change the permitted uses on 0.45 acreof    C-P (Planned
Business) zoned property, located on the northwest corner of Providence
Road & Third Avenue.     (addressed - 1001 N. Providence Road) 
 
09-47    A request by Robert Hollis, authorized agent to the owners of
the subject tracts (East Richland Road           Properties, LLC, and
Richland Road Properties, LLC), to establish permanent City zoning on
property pending   voluntary annexation into the City of Columbia, as
follows:
·         Tract 1 (90.09 acres): C-P, allowing all land uses permitted
by Zoning District C-3
·         Tract 2 (16.98 acres): C-P, allowing all land uses permitted
by Zoning District C-1
·         Tract 3 (6.60 acres): PUD-7, and no more than 46 dwelling
units
·         Tract 4 (23.23 acres): PUD-5, and no more than 116 dwelling
units
·         Tract 5 (134.59 acres): PUD-4, and no more than 538 dwelling
units
            The property is located on the south side of Richland Road,
primarily southwest of the Richland Road/Grace Lane           
intersection.  The total area of the property to be annexed (Tracts 1-5)
is approximately 271.49 acres.
