Broadway; & 3 West Blvd S.) (r)
Case No. 09-96
A request by Emily Gordon for annexation and permanent zoning on
property from Boone County A-1 to City R-1, located at 5981 S. Hwy KK,
containing approximately 0.5 acres. (r) 
Case No. 09-65
A request by Bette S. Weiss, Trustee of the James M. A. Weiss Family
Trust for permanent C-P city zoning on property pending voluntary
annexation, located on the south side of Richland Road, approximately
250 feeteast of the St. Charles Road/Richland Road intersection, and
containing approximately 21.90 acres. (Item was tabled at the July 23,
2009meeting to January 21, 2010. The Commission on October 8,
2009approved a request from the applicant to reschedule this item on an
