What: "Keys to the City"

When: Tuesday, October 27, 2009 5:00 - 8:30 PM

Where: Riechmann Pavilion, 2300 E. Walnut on the north side of Stephens
Lake Park 

5:00-7:00 p.m. - Drop in for Columbia City Council Office Hours and an
Information Fair
featuring programs and services from several City departments

Council schedule:

Ward 1 - Councilman Sturtz - 5-6 p.m 
Ward 2 - Councilman Thornhill - 6-7 p.m. 
Ward 3 - Councilman Skala - 5-7 p.m 
Ward 4 - Councilman Wade - 5-7 p.m. 
Ward 5 - Councilwoman Nauser - 5-6 p.m. 
Ward 6 - Councilwoman Hoppe - 6-7 p.m. 
Mayor Hindman - 5-7 p.m. 

The following city departments and programs will participate in the
information fair:

Office of Neighborhood Services / Volunteer Services 
Planning 
Public Works- Transit 
Public Works - Recycling 
Parks & Recreation 
Water & Light - Energy Efficiency 
Columbia Visioning Commission 
Health & Human Services 
Emergency Management/Joint Communications 

7:00-8:30 p.m. - “Neighborhood Congress” facilitated by the City of
Columbia Planning Department featuring discussions on ‘infill’
development and the City’s new Office of Neighborhood Services.
