A REVISED request by East Richland Road Properties, LLC and Richland
Road Properties, LLC to establish C-P (Planned Business District), PUD 7
(Planned Residential max. 7 units/acre), PUD 5 (Planned Residential max.
5 units/acre), and PUD 4 (Planned Residential max. 4 units/acre), as 
permanent City zoning on property pending voluntary annexationlocated on
the south side of Richland Road along both side sides of Rolling Hills
Road, extended, and containing approximately 271.49 acres (Case 09-47)
