701 E. Broadway - 2nd floor Planning Department regarding the following
requests:
 
Case No. 09-97 - A request by A Civil Group (Brent Brown, agent), on
behalf of Bethel Ridge Villas, LLC (owner) for a major amendment to
“Bethel Falls PUD” development plan (includes a setback variance
request).  The 13.06-acre site is located southeast of Bethel Church

     Case No. 09-92 -  A request by George S. Smith (agent), on behalf
of Thomas & Pam Kardon (owners), to amend the C-P (Planned Business)
zoning by adding uses.  The 0.45-acre site is located on the northwest
corner of Providence Road & Third Avenue (addressed 1001 N. Providence
