completion by Task Force deadline (now August).   
 
                        V.        Continue to define and refine Goals,
Objectives, and Policies for the Comprehensive Plan Task Force, with
special reference to the Visioning final report and the 12.3.09 draft
staff report ("Imagine Columbia's Future Vision Statements, Goals, and
Strategies Related to a New Comprehensive Plan").
