You are invited to a public information meeting on Tuesday, August 17,
2010 at 5:30 p.m. in the Daniel Boone Building New Addition conference
room 1A; 701. East Broadway on the following proposals:
 
A request by Bill Howe (owner) to rezone 0.13 acres of land from R-3
(medium density multi-family) to C-2 (central business district),
located at the southwest corner of Broadway and First Street, at 70 E.

A request by the City of Columbia (agent) on behalf of the Robinson
Farms, LLC and Sutter Henrikson Trust (owner) to rezone approximately
110 acres from A-1 (Agriculture) and M-C (Controlled Industrial) to M-1
(Industrial).  The subject site is located at northeast corner of Waco
