proposal:
 
A new request by Crockett Engineering (consultant) on behalf of Widel
Realty Company, LLC (owner) for rezoning of 0.9 acres of land from R-1
(one-family dwelling) to O-P (planned office) and a development plan,
located at the intersection of Stadium Boulevard and West Broadway,
accessed from Bourn Avenue (no access from Stadium or Broadway is
available).
