A public information meeting on the following proposal was held on Tuesday, November 30, 2010.
 
A request by Craig Van Matre (agent), on behalf of College and Walnut, LLC (owner), to rezone 2.5 acres of land from R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family Dwelling District) to C-2 (Central Business District).  The subject site is located on the west side of College Avenue, between E. Ash and E. Walnut Streets.  (Case 10-119) Planner assigned to  case: Steve MacIntyre 573-874-7682
 
At this time it is tentatively scheduled for a public hearing on January 6, 2011 with the Planning and Zoning Commission.
