The CATSO Coordinating Committee will hold its regular quarterly
meeting at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2010 in the new Council
Chamber located on the 1st Floor of the new City Building addition at
701 East Broadway in Columbia.
 
The meeting agenda is as follows:
 
1.                  Review and Approval of Agenda
 
2.                  Review and Approval of December 3, 2009 Meeting
Minutes
 
3.                  Public Hearing: Proposed amendments to the FY
2010-2013 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) – revisions to
projects in the Get About Columbia and Columbia Streets sections
 
4.                  Information/notification on two recent amendments
to the FY 2010-2013 TIP approved by CATSO Coordinating Committee 
 
5.                  Potential Amendment to the CATSO Major Roadway Plan
(MRP) Discussion – request for addition of Major Collector from Route
AC/Grindstone Parkway to Nifong Boulevard  
 
6.                  Other Business 
            a. Discussion – potential improvements to Route K
            b. Updates – Safe Routes to School projects    
            c. Elections for Committee Chair & Vice-Chair
 
7.                  Public Comment
 
8.                  Adjourn
