Broadway and West Boulevard (addressed 1000, 1002, & 1004 W. Broadway; &
3 West Blvd S.) This item was tabled at the Commission’s October 22 and
December 10, 2009meetings. (r)
 
09-117  A request by Garry Lewis to rezone property from O-1 (Office
District) to simplified C-P (Planned BusinessDistrict), located at 20
East
 Southampton Drive,  containing approximately 2.61 acres. (r)
 
09-124  A request by TKG Conley Road Investments, LLC to rezone
property from R-1 (One Family Dwelling District) to C-P (Planned
Business District), located at the former MoDOT site north of Wal-Mart
on Conley Road, containing approximately 18.31 acres. (c)
