09-136  A request by A Civil Group (Kevin Murphy, agent), on behalf of
Amir Ziv (owner) for variances to the Subdivision Regulations pertaining
to a three-lot replat replat to be known  as “Ridgeway Cottages Plat 1.”
 The 0.36-acre property is located on the west side of Ridgeway Avenue,
approximately 500 feetsouth of Worley Street(addressed 315 Ridgeway
Avenue).  Variances are requested to sidewalk and street right-of-way
requirements of Sections 25-48.1 and 25-43, respectively.
