The notice printed in the July 25, 2010 Columbia Tribune incorrectly stated that a joint meeting of the City and County Planning and Zoning Commissions was to be held on July 27, 2010 relating to the East Area Plan (EAP).  
 
This meeting has been canceled and rescheduled to August 31, 2010.  Public notice and property owner’s notification will be given at a later date.  The Commissions and staff apologize for any inconveniences that this cancellation may have caused.
 
Questions regarding the upcoming meeting can be directed to the Planning and Development Departments of either the City or County.
