10-04        A request by Engineering Surveys and Services (engineering
consultant), on behalf of ColumbiaCollege(owner) for approval of two
variances (right-of-way width and alley width) for a one lot replat to
be known as “Northern Addition Plat 2.”  The property is located at 704
N. Seventh Street. 
 
10-11    A request by Crockett Engineering Consultants (David Butcher,
agent), on behalf of Rob Hill (contractpurchaser) for a one-lot final
minor subdivision to be known as “Broadway Townhomes, Plat No. 1.”  The
5.06 acre subject site is located on the south side of Green Valley
Drive, generally southwest of the US63/Broadway intersection.
