A concept review meeting was held on May 4, 2010, to discuss the following:
 
A request by Nate Kohl, agent for Mike Keevins, for a concept review of a proposed replat of lots 70, 71, and the western half of lot 72 of Westwood Addition to reapportion the lots into three. The 1.35-acre property is located at the corner of W. Broadway and Glenwood Ave.and is addressed as 610 W. Broadway. (Case 10-39)
