A concept review meeting was held on March 17, 2011, to discuss the following:
 
A request by Fountain Residential Partners (Jonathan Clayton, agent) to rezone approximately 37 acres of land from R-1 (One-Family Dwelling) to PUD (Planned Residential) for the purposes of constructing a 157-unit townhouse development.  The property is located west of the intersection of Shepard Boulevard and Old Highway 63 and is bounded on the west by Hinkson Creek and Old Highway 63 on the east.  (Case 11-26)
