A request by 1111 N College, LLC (owner) and the Columbia Center for
Urban Agriculture (agent) to rezone 1.78 acres of land from O-1 (office)
and R-3 (medium-density, multiple-family dwelling) to C-1 (intermediate
business), located northwest of the intersection of College Ave. and
Smith St. (Case 11-35)
