Unity Center Subdivision - A request by Unity Center of Columbia (owner) for approval of a one-lot final minor plat to be known as Unity Center Subdivision, pending annexation into the city of Columbia and approval of variances form the street and sidewalk requirements of Sections 25-47(b) and 25-48.1(a) of the Subdivision Regulations. The subject property is located on the southwest and southeast corners of Short Street and Walnut Street.  The sites are currently surface parking lots proposed for redevelopment with the Short Street Parking Garage.
