The Historic Preservation Commission's 2011 “Most Notable Properties”
gala event will be held in the Friends Room of the Daniel Boone Public
Library (100 W. Broadway), on Wednesday, Feb. 16, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Historic Preservation Commissioners will introduce this year's award
winners followed by a video presentation of the historic properties and
a panel discussion. Award winners have been encouraged to bring
memorabilia (pictures, newspaper articles, etc.) to display at the event
and will have an opportunity to participate in the panel discussion.

Since 1999, the annual “Most Notable Properties” event has been an
opportunity for the public to view some of Columbia's fine historic and
architecturally significant properties and meet the Columbia Historic
Preservation Commission. The public is welcome to attend this free
event.
