for a one-lot final minor subdivision to be known as “College and Walnut
Subdivision” and approval of variances to right-of-way and easement
dedication. The 2.5-acre subject site is located on the west side of
College Avenue, between E. Walnut and E. Ash Streets.

and C-P (planned business). The property is located southeast corner of
Nifong Boulevard and Bethel Street. (A request to table this item to the
July 7, 2011 meeting has been received.)

.35 acres from Boone County R-S (Single-family residential) to City A-1
(Agriculture) pending voluntary annexation. The property is located west
of the Wellington subdivision and north of Mexico Gravel Road and is
addressed as 4415 Mexico Gravel Road.

major amendment to the PUD zoning district on 2.37 acres of City-owned
